It was my first time doing teeth whitening. I didn’t know what to expect but, y’all went above and beyond with hospitality and clear instructions. I want to shout out Tal for explaining the process clearly, and great application on my gums!! I also love how clean the studio is. I truly love my results thanks yall!!

Everything was great until the end. The overall experience and my first session were good, and I was happy with the treatment itself. My concern started when the specialist began discussing how many sessions I would need to reach my goals. She immediately started talking about costs and payment options and was entering information into her tablet without really explaining what she was doing. The only thing she asked me for was the last four digits of my Social Security number, saying it was for identity verification. She asked if I preferred to pay as I received treatments rather than paying everything upfront, which sounded reasonable. However, she never explained that this was actually a financing plan with interest charges of over 20%. I received a code and a link related to the financing application, and she became very pushy, insisting that she would help me complete it. At one point, she took my phone from my hands and started clicking through the application without allowing me to review all the information myself. I appreciate the resolution.] I had a very mixed experience, so I hope this helps other first-time customers. The biggest positive is that I had virtually no pain. I had a very painful professional whitening experience years ago, so I was extremely nervous going in. I’m now almost 24 hours out and still have no sensitivity, which was honestly amazing!!!! What made me hesitate was the overall customer experience. The person that did my treatment said he had justa started working there. He was super nice but It didnt make me feel good. He didnt know the product’s ingredients. As someone who likes to understand the science behind treatments, I had questions about the hydrogen peroxide concentration and ingredients, but those questions couldn’t really ba answered factually. The aftercare products also didn’t have ingredient labels, which made me uncomfortable purchasing or using them. The results were beyond my expectations. I’m so happy with the outcome and this is only my first session. I had no sensitivity whatsoever and that is the biggest thing that I was worried about because I have exposed nerves. I can’t wait to see the results after a few more sessions. And the price was good too! The team member very friendly and kind. I’m definitely going back and taking my family too!
